The No Weights No Problem Fitness Plan is a 4 week introductory program that includes a mixture of Functional Exercises, Speed and Agility Training, and HIIT to help you get your start in fitness.

If your goal is to begin strength training, get mobile, and familiarize your body with training consistently then this is the program for you.   


What to Expect?

  • The weekly breakdown is 3 training days and each day ranges anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes  

  • You’re going to learn some unique exercises and complete very satisfying workouts without resistance training   

  • Every workout has a video accompanying it

    to help you develop sound technique and perfect each movement.

This Program is for the regular everyday person who wants to get fit but isn’t accustomed to working out and doesn’t know where to start as well as the athlete whose looking for a new challenge (if you are an intermediate to advanced athlete NWNP will push you but resistance training is going to be the best place for you to start).
