8 week guide to overcome obstacles
The ACDA Fitness Planner is an 8 week, full body program which includes a mixture of Functional Exercises, Speed and Agility Training, and Weightlifting to help you get the body moving.
If your goal is to build strength, speed, coordination, and mobility then this is the workout for you.
What to Expect?
The weekly breakdown is 3 training days and each day ranges anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
You’re going to get explosive doing progressive exercises ranging from Ladder Drills and Circuit Training to unique variations that will increase the athleticism you never knew you had.
This workout is heavily lower body and core focused but includes challenging upper body exercises too. The reason for this is that if you have a strong core then you will feel more confident in everything you do and most leg exercises are compound movements which is going to aid in sports performance and power development.
Every workout has a video accompanying it to help you develop sound technique and perfect each movement.
