Hello, it’s Preston and I’m here to help you to train and transform you into an elite athlete.

I’ve built my entire training philosophy and programming to empower myself and others to believe that Anybody Can Do Anything.

Sports have had an incredible impact on my life's journey. I overcame failure behind the psychology of sports performance and it continues to motivate me to move past obstacles that confront me today.

When I was in high school, I desired to play football, but the coach took one look at me and said, “I didn’t fit the image of a star athlete.”

That wasn’t anything new to me, I was always told that athleticism was a certain look so I started to internalize that I wasn’t very athletic because I didn’t look it.

To try to achieve this “look” I would do things like overeat, take supplements, and lift like a body builder, but nothing seemed to help me put on or retain weight.

What’s worse it didn’t help me become a better athlete either.

After a while, I got fed up and decided not to listen to the voices of those around me or what was on social media anymore. I began training to be stronger, faster, and more agile and as a result I didn’t need to look athletic like everyone else anymore because I was able to become my own version of an athlete.

In college, I walked on and competed for the University of Florida Track & Field Team, winning a National Championship, and becoming an All-American. This helped me to solidify the new found confidence that my training afforded me.

On top of that, I built the mental toughness to not have to live up to the expectations of others based on what they think an athlete should be.

I’m a transformed person now and it has freed me to look and feel great. I want to foster that same experience for everyone I train.

So join me if you are ready to find out what Anybody Can Do Anything means for you!!!

DISCLAIMER: It is strongly advised that you consult with your physician before beginning any fitness program, as not all exercises are suitable for different individuals and levels of fitness. These programs are built for individuals working towards living a healthy active lifestyle and it is recommended that you have a solid baseline of fitness. Preston Wilson has no medical experience or title and cannot suggest which exercises will work for a specific individual. These programs are for educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. You should understand that when you are involved in any training regiment, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in any of these fitness programs, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Preston Wilson from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Preston Wilson’s negligence.

What does it mean to train explosively? Training explosively is movement based. The exercises are high energy, because if you are seeking to get stronger, faster or more agile, then you can’t do that by standing still. Instead, I work to improve your mobility and athleticism so that you can reach your fitness/body goals and learn new skills along the way.

What is a Calorie Deficit? If you burn more calories than you eat then you will lose weight. Specifically, if you decrease your Calorie Intake by 3500kcal in a week (500kcal a day) then you will lose 1-2 lbs. This remains true no matter what you are eating.

Why don’t you provide meal plans? While what you eat is important, dieting hurts more people than it helps. I believe that every person is different and for that reason we all need to get better at understanding what’s going into our body. Meaning how does what we eat make us feel physiologically/psychologically? So I don’t feel it is appropriate to tell someone what they can and can’t eat (other than when they are underlying health concerns). I believe when you pay attention to how your body responds to certain foods whether positively or negatively you will develop a healthier relationship with food. ACDA Fitness Programs can help you to lose weight, tone, and build muscle mass, but the focus is not so much on what you eat. It is on your body being able to perform over a lifetime. These workouts will help you feel more confident about your body than you ever have before. This helps you gain control over your life in a way that dieting can’t deliver. One of my goals is to get you to throw away the scale and the need for a diet.
