Mind Over Matter is a 12 week, full body program which includes a mixture of functional HIIT and resistance exercises to help you get in sync with your mind and body.

What to Expect?

  • The weekly breakdown is 3 training days and each day ranges anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes.  

  • You’re going to get explosive doing progressive exercises ranging from basic squats and push ups to unique variations that will increase the athleticism you never knew you had.

  • Every workout has a video that accompanies it to help you develop sound technique and to perfect each movement.

  • This workout is progressive (scalable) and most exercises have an a la carte type of approach where you choose the variation you feel most comfortable with and build from there.

  • After completing the Mind Over Matter fitness program you will feel accomplished. It will call your body to complete feats that it won’t be accustomed to and that will help produce the mindset that you Can Do Anything. Join me and begin to Master Your Body and Your Life.

Who can benefit from this program?

Mind Over Matter, is both for the regular everyday person who wants to be a weekend warrior and get fit but isn’t accustomed to working out and doesn’t know where to start, as well as the seasoned athlete whose looking for a new challenge. How can this be?

The workouts are progressive in nature and this makes them very scalable. You choose the 12 week journey you want to embark on and brace yourself because its going to teach you to overcome barriers in your mind that prevent you from pushing past perceived limits and reaching new horizons.
