How to get started with ACDA Fitness:

It’s important to note that there are three main services we offer. That is Face to Face training Online Training and Ebooks.

  1. Face to Face training can either be done on an One on One basis or with a group of Athletes and it requires a strategy session call which you can book by clicking the button below.

  2. Online Training is also One or One or with a group of athletes as well but you must have access to a gym if you want this service.

  3. Ebooks are available directly online and require a 1 time payment for access to training regiments and coaching.
